Bill is angry as hell. The young man is having trouble with his parents; his boss refuses to give him a raise; in a coffee bar he receives a drink he didn't order. On a bad day, Bill puts on a bullet-proof Kevlar suit, blows up the police station and wanders through the streets of his little town as a human tank, all the while wreaking enormous carnage among its residents.
Bill está enraivecido. Ele tem problemas com seus pais; seu chefe se recusa a lhe dar um aumento; no bar, ele recebe drinques que não solicita. Num dia especialmente ruim, Bill veste um colete à prova de balas, explode a delegacia de polícia e perambula pelas ruas de sua pequena cidade como se fosse um tanque de guerra humano, causando uma incrível carnificina.
